This is a private boat charter, you can customise your tour with the captain We visit the best lagoons the island has to offer when we visit blue lagoon , we drop anchor in a blue area where there is not hundreds of other tourist even though we visit the blue lagoon, its not the highlight of the tour ;) After the tour you have the option to be dropped in Gozo or in Malta

Me and my partner booked a 3h private boat with the Outdoor Explorers. Before the due date the stuff contacted me to confirm the booking information. All of the team members are extremely friendly and helpful. Not only they tried to make our experience better but also suggested and shared information regarding other places/things to do around Gozo and Malta. The boat ride itself was absolutely wonderful. Our tour guide, Josef the captain, was friendly and personalized our experience by stopping at the sites of our interest and spending just enough time to see the sites/caves around. We even got a chance to snorkel on top of the P31 wreck. I only wish we would have booked the boat for longer time

Bus service first class but can get very busy at times. Worth taking the weekly ticket, not available on the buses but in quite a few other spots.. Open deck tour buses hop on hop off are great but now quite pricey however tickets can be bought at a number of shops where a deal can be had. open tops south tour, north tour and Gozo tours. Goes without saying a day in Valletta is a must. Things that are expensive are toiletries and anything that's imported. Meals out are great value, but always shop around. Some of the boat trips to Comino can be a nightmare with "free" bars! Need I say more! Boat trip round The Grand Harbour is great. Injoy.......
When planning our trip to Malta, a boat trip was at the very top of our list. At first we thought about the large tour boats that you can buy tickets for but didn't like the idea of being on a crowded boat with lots of other people. We came across this tour by chance and I am so happy we did because it was one of the best experiences we had on our trip! You get your own private boat and captain which takes away all the worry of crowds and not having enough space. Our captain was absolutely lovely and so accommodating to us and even provided us with snorkel gear and life jackets while we were swimming in the Blue Lagoon. Your trip lasts for roughly 2 hours, your first stop is at the Blue Lagoon where you are allowed off the boat to swim around and explore for about 1 hour. This was unforgettable as the scenery is gorgeous and perfect for a swim on a hot day! A tip if you plan to swim over to the caves to explore - watch out for the jagged rocks underwater the further in you go, they're very sharp (learned that the hard way!) After the Blue Lagoon, the captain will take you around to see some of the amazing caves and locations where certain movies have been filmed! We then headed to the Crystal Lagoon , which in my opinion is even more beautiful than the Blue Lagoon! The water is so clear and it is not as busy here. We were also allowed to get off the boat at this location for a quick swim which was amazing! All in all, I cant recommend this tour enough, it is well worth the money for such a personal experience with such a lovely captain and I will be recommending it to anyone heading to Malta from now on!
My husband, mom and myself went on a two hour tour with Frank. We had the absolute time of our lives going to swim and take photos in the caves. Frank showed us all the places in the movies (Popeyes, count of monte Christo, etc.). He helped my mom off and on the boat as she has a hard time with balance and gave her a noodle to swim with. We were able to bring on food and drinks which was helpful. We now have photos to last a life time that we wouldn’t have been able to get before we booked this. I couldn’t say more positive things about this experience, the staff and Frank himself. I have already told others to do this experience and look forward for another opportunity to go to Malta and visit with Frank and take another amazing cruise
